摘    要:本文从强度设计与计算角度出发论述了主热交换器利用美国TEMA规范对管板的计算,利用软件包对筒体强强、开孔补强、波形膨胀节的设计计算。并对关键部件的设计加工焊接条件的制定进行了充分阐述,为化工设备生产厂提供了良好的设计范例。

Abstract:In this paper, the procedure, on the basis of TEMA code, for calculating the tubesheet in the main heat exchanger was presented. At the same time, the calculation for other components, cylinder strength, opening reinforcement and expansion joint were carried out by use of SW6, the strength calculation software for process equipment. The fabrication and welding specifications for the exchanger, which has provided an example for practical application, were also stated in the paper.
