摘 要: | 针对回转炉温度控制的滞后性、强耦合性等特点,设计基于模糊自适应PID控制算法的回转炉温度控制系统。给出系统的结构、工作原理、网络结构与控制器设计方法。Matlab仿真实验结果证明:与传统PID控制相比,基于模糊自适应PID的回转炉温度控制系统具有更好的动态调节性能,满足控制需求。

Rotary Furnace Control System Based on Fuzzy Adaptive PID |

Abstract: | Considering hysteresis and strong coupling in the rotary furnace temperature control , the fuzzy a-daptive PID control algorithm-based rotary furnace control system was designed and the system ’ s structure , working principle , network structure and controller design method were presented .Matlab simulation results show that , compared to the conventional PID control , this control system has better dynamic regulation per-formance and can satisfy the control requirements . |
