基于温度传感器Pt1000的瓶胆测温系统

摘    要:针对瓶胆传统测温操作复杂且精度较低的问题,提出了一种新的测温方法,即根据温度系统的特性建立温度系统的电模型。该算法对刚成形的瓶胆进行温度实时检测、数据采集和计算,判定其保温性能是否合格,并把结果通过无线传输发给上位机,实时监测工厂的生产情况。实验结果表明:该算法易于实现,运算时间较短,且测量误差较低,取得了较好的测温效果。

Design of Temperature Measuring System for Glass Liners Based on Pt1000 Temperature Sensor
Abstract:Considering both complexity and poor accuracy of traditional temperature measuring methods for glass liners, a new measurement method was proposed, namely having the character of temperature system based to establish the electricity model. This method can monitor the temperature of formed glass liners at real time, collect and calculate their data to determine their thermal insulating property’ s conformity to the stand-ard;and then it sends the results to host computer via wireless transmission so as monitor the production. Ex-perimental results show that this method is easy to achieve together with shorter computation time and lower measurement error as well as better measurement effect.
