多产品物流网络设计模型

摘    要:为了优化物流网络结构,计划多产品在网络各个节点的存货并且优化产品在不同节点的交货路线,提出多产品的物流网络设计模型。在模型中运用了迭代过程求解。首先用MIP模型确定网络结构,基于MIP模型的结果提出多产品的存货计划模型,以确定物流网络中每个节点各产品的订货批量和订货频率,再运用运输路线模型寻找从分销商到零售商的最短运输路线;然后重新计算并更新相关的参数以优化物流网络结构,重复这一过程直到各参数收敛。通过运行这样的迭代过程,可以更准确地确定网络中的相关参数,以更好地适应快速变化的市场。

Abstract:The issues such as optimizing the structure of the logistics networks, determining the inventory-planning policy at each node and product delivery routes between different nodes of the network, need to be addressed in the problem of supply management. An interative process is used to design a ligistics network. First, mixed integer-programming(MIP) model is used to de- termine the structure of the network. Then, based on the output of MIP models, an inventoryplanning model for multiple products is developed to decide the lot size and ordering frequency for each product at each node of the logistics network, and a transport routing model is used to find the shortest product delivery routes from wholesalers to retailers. And then the operation-related parameters are recalculated and updated, so the structure of the logistics network is re-optimized. Such process proceeds until it converges. By this process, the operation-related parameters can be determined more accurately and can adapt to the changing market quickly.
