曲轴颈仿生非光滑凹坑表面耐磨性试验研究

摘    要:用激光方法加工了曲轴颈仿生非光滑凹坑表面,采用均匀试验研究了速度、负荷、时间和凹坑圆周方向的距离等因素对曲轴耐磨性的影响,得出影响激光处理仿生非光滑曲轴颈凹坑表面耐磨性的多因素回归方程。结果表明速度、负荷、时间和凹坑圆周方向的距离对仿生非光滑曲轴颈表面耐磨性有显著影响,而凹坑轴向之间的距离对耐磨性影响不大。

Abstract:Tested crank journals with concave nonsmoothed topography of 45# steel were manufactured with laser.The influence of time,load,speed and the circle distance between concave on the wear resistance of crank journals was experimental studied,the tested scheme was designed by using the uniform-distribution method.The linear empirical model of many factors was established through the mult-factors complex experiments.The result shows that the time,load,speed and the circle distance between concave have more remarkable influence on the wear resistance of crank journals than the axis distance between concave.
