摘    要:以异丁醇为萃取剂,使用氢火焰离子化检测器,采用外标法定量,萃取液经SE-30型毛细管柱(15 m×0.32 mm×0.5μm)分离,建立了用气相色谱法测定高密度聚乙烯中爽滑剂芥酸酰胺含量的分析方法。结果表明,芥酸酰胺在280℃气化后可直接测定,在2.5~100.0μg/g范围内线性关系良好(相关系数(r)为0.999 8,样本数(n)为7),加标回收率为96%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于5%,检出限为0.96μg/g。

Abstract:The analysis method of gas chromatography was established for determining the content of slipping agent erucic amide in high density polyethylene using a flame ionization detector and a SE-30 capillary column with the size of(15m×0.32mm ×0.5μm).In the method,the sample was extracted first with isobutyl alcohol as solvent,and the extract was analyzed quantitatively by external standard method.The results showed that erucic amide could be determined directly after evaporated at 280℃,and there was a good linear relationship between content and chromatographic peak area in the range of 2.5-100.0μg/g with a correlation coefficient(r)of 0.9998,sample number(n)of 7.And the method had a recovery of standard addition of 96%-105%,a relative standard deviation(RSD) of no more than 5% and a detection limit of 0.96μg/g.
