非均质地基上不等高增层结构体系的地基变形监控

摘    要:通过对城市建筑密集群中建造于五十年代的非均质地基上的三层房屋进行不等高退层加层改造的有效实施,证明了只有针对地基条件加强基础工程设计工作和地基变形监测工作,其地基变形性状可以满足非均质地基上不等高加层设计要求,即严格控制住加层体系的绝对沉降和差异沉降,使加层改造工程取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:By introducing the effective enforcement of the recessed storey increase for a 3 storeyed building located among the densely grouped buildings in urban district constructed on an uneven geological subsoil in the fifties,this article has confirmed that only in accordance with the foundation condition,the structure system,its scheme,design work of the foundation engineering and monitoring foundation deformation are strengthened,thus the behavior of the foundation can be controlled within the range of design specification,and the design requirements of unequal high storey increase building built on the uneven subsoil can be met,i.e.the absolute settlement and the differential settlement can be strictly controlled.By this way,the storey increase engineering work can obtain remarkable social and economic benefits.$$$$
