Si3N4陶瓷与不锈钢摩擦性能研究

摘    要:研究了Si3N4陶瓷与SUS304不锈钢摩擦性能,认为反应烧结氧化硅的微观结构有利于储存润滑介质,同时发现水基润滑剂具有较好的润滑效果,主要原因是摩擦化学反应层的存在使摩擦系数降低,在研究基础上,将氮化硅陶瓷用作金属塑性成形模具材料,实验证明,反应烧结氧氮化硅陶瓷制造模具可成功用于不锈钢的拉深。

Abstract:The friction properties of Si 3N 4 ceramics and stainless steel pair were studied in this paper. We found that the microholes in Si 3N 4 ceramics were beneficial to store lubricant. The waterbase drawing lubricant can reduce friction parameter significantly because of frictionchemical reaction. Based on the abovementioned results,Si 3N 4 ceramics were applied to make die that can draw stainless steel successfully.
