摘    要:针对普通ZGMn13高锰钢水韧处理后,加工硬化效果不佳的现象,采用多元变质+时效处理的方法,改善了高锰钢的硬度和耐磨性。结果表明,经变质处理ZGMn13钢的奥氏体晶粒由1级细化至4~5级,硬度得到提高,耐磨性提高1倍以上。再经时效处理,可析出碳化物以及发生超细合金珠光体和板条马氏体等组织转变。X射线衍射分析表明,组织转变使钢的亚晶粒尺寸、位错密度及微观应变值均发生了变化,改善了钢的力学性能。

Abstract:Aiming at the unsatisfactory work-hardening effect after water toughing treatment of common ZGMn13 high manganese steel,multi-element modification and ageing treatment process were preformed to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the steel.The results show that after modification treatment,the austenite grain of the ZGMn13 high manganese steel refines from level 1 to level 4~5,and the hardness of the steels increases and the wear resistance increases by two times.After farther ageing treatment,preci...
