卫星结构优化设计的建模问题

摘    要:结合卫星结构设计方面的经验,并根据卫星结构的特点,提出了以等效板为主的建模方法,避免了蜂窝夹层板选取设计变量方面的诸多不便。另外,在优化模型中,结合卫星的特点,采取了处理设计变量,约束条件等有效措施,可使卫星结构优化工作得以准确和有效地进行。最后,通过一个卫星优化的实例,说明该方法是可行和有效的。

Abstract:Because the sophistication of the satellite structures and the strict requirements of performance and weight, the optimization of satellite structures becomes more important. The precondition of the structure optimization is built as a physics model and mathematics model. Therefore, combined with the past experiences of the optimization of satellite structures and based on the characteristics of honeycombed sandwich panel which is used a lot in the satellite structure, we propose an equivalent panel modeling method and it can avoid the inconveniences of design variables of honeycombed sandwich panel. In addition, the optimization models adopt many efficient methods dealing with design variables and restriction conditions, at the same time, the optimization of satellite structures can be run accurately and effectively. In the end, an example of satellite optimization is given and it is proved that the method is right and effective.
