| 摘 要： | 针对空气预热器漏风率居高不下的情况,结合某厂300 MW机组空气预热器密封改造案例,对空气预热器的工作原理、漏风原因及改造方式进行了对比分析,结果显示空气预热器进行接触式柔性密封改造后,漏风问题得到明显改善,取得了很好的环保节能效果。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the situation of high air leakage of air preheater,the principle of work,the reasons of air leakage of air preheater and transformation ways were compared and analyzed combined with sealing renovation of air preheater in a 300 MW unit. The results showed air leakage of the air preheater with contact flexible seal had been significantly improved,and environmental protection and energy saving effect had been obtained. |
