节流装置应用中的误差分析

以标准孔板作为节流件的节流装置，在工业计量各种介质流量中广泛地得到应用。本文对流量计量的节流装置在应用中的误差分析进行了论证。对工业流量测量的节流装置符合制造和安装标准情况下的标准误差相对值的估算和工艺参数偏离设计条件时误差分析提出修正方法。

Error Analysis of the Throttle Devices

The throttle devices,which use standard orifice as a throttling part,are applied widely to the industry measurement for the flow rate of all kinds of fluids.This paper demonstrates the error analysis on operating throttle devices.First,this paper has established a method,which can estimate of the standard error relative values of the throttle devices that are manufactured and installed in the standard conditions.Second,if the technology parameters are deviation from the design conditions,the error repair method has established here.
