镀镉层试样的金相制备方法

摘    要:采用常规的金相制样法制备不锈钢基体的镀镉层试样极易造成镀层凹陷倒边,使试样的镀层在100倍光学显微镜下呈现黑色。实践证明,在制备此类镀镉层试样时,在镀嵌、夹具夹持、磨制及抛光等环节掌握好技巧就能避免出现镀镉层凹陷现象,可满足对镀镉层厚度测量的要求。

Abstract:Method of preparing cadmium coating metallographic specimen dopted the conventional metallognaphic preparation method for cadmium coating on the surface of the stainless steel matrix, it can make the cadmium coating sunken and make it become black. Pracietice shows, if you master the method and skill in the process of preparing specimen, such as specimen inlay, grippping, grinding and polishing, you can prevent the cadmiun coating sunken and measure the thickness of the cadmiun coating peffeetly
