| Abstract: | Military culture makes the basic element of the strength of the armed forces.Since the Cold War draws to an end,world situation tends to be less tense,yet military burden is not reduced but becomes heavier.The United States hence enhances studying countering measures of military culture in new situations so as to assure its superpower status. |
