切片机切木不散原因的分析及改进

通过对切片机切削加工时木材木片的应力分析，找出了按木切片机改切木麻黄后，木片不散的原因，提出了具体的改进方法，提高了木麻黄木材切片质量，同时对改进后切片机马达功率，轴及轴承等的承受能力进行了可行性验证。

Analysis and Improvement in Undispersion Cause of the Chip by Chiper

Through the stress analysis of the wooden chip during chipping conversion, the author found chip undispersion cause after the eucalyptus chipper has changed to cut Chinese wooden ephedra. The paper provides detailed method in improvement which increased the chipping quality of the Chinese wooden ephedra. It tested and verified flexibilities in motor power, shaft and bearing, etc, of the chipper after the improvement.
