摘    要:研究了等温退火温度对ZTC18钛合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:ZTC18钛合金在热等静压+等温退火条件下,随着等温退火温度的升高,初生α相由不规则针状和棒状逐渐转变为平直棒状;次生α相由细小弥散分布到呈平行排列,并最终粗化长大呈棒状和颗粒状。拉伸试验结果表明,试样强度随等温退火温度升高逐渐降低,而塑性逐渐增加。合金强度和塑性主要受初生α相的形态以及次生α相的形态和数量控制。

Abstract:The effect of isothermal annealing heat treatment temperature on the mierostructure and properties of ZTC18 titanium alloy was investigated. The results show that with the increase of isothermal annealing heat treatment temperature after HIP, the primary α phase transforms from irregular needle-like morphology and rod-like morphology into flat rod-like morphology. The sec- ondary α phase transforms from fine needle-like particles in disperse state into coarse needle-like particles in parallel state, further into coarse rod-like morphology. According to tensile testing results, with the increase of isothermal annealing heat treatment temperature, the strength of ZTCI8 titanium alloy gradually declines but the plasticity gradually increases. The tensile properties of ZTC18 titanium alloy are mainly controlled by the shape of the primary α phase and the shape and amount of the secondary α phase.
