摘    要:本介绍了某船舶工业厂房空间钢管空间桁架屋盖的设计。钢管桁架屋盖体系具有结构简单、节省钢材、使用合理、易维护等优点。该工程中采用了51m跨度钢管空间桁架,采用有限元软件Ansys分析了在各种工况下空间桁架的内力和变形;中介绍了空间桁架支座及跨中节点设计;研究了钢管空间桁架弦杆次应力的影响。

Abstract:The application of a stuel - pipe space truss system in a 51m - span shipyard factory building is introduced. The roof system is considered to be beautiful, economical and easy to maintain. The joint design of the space truss is presented. Based on the finite element analysis, the deformation and internal force of the truss subjected to various load cases are also presented, and the chord secondary stress is studied.
