中国生态城镇发展现状问题的批判性分析

为了实现节能减排,中国不少城市将生态域的发展作为城镇发展的战略目标.生态城的规划和建设成为中国当前城市发展的一个重要主题.然而,在中国生态城的规划和建设过程中存在一系列的问题.在对中国生态城镇调研和案例分析的基础上,作者论述了中国生态城的发展现状和存在的7个主要的共性问题.作者认为作为一种创新型的城市发展模式,中国生态城镇在探索过程中出现各种各样的问题是难免的,尽管存在困惑,但仍然在成长.

Critical Analysis of Chinese Eco-cities Development

In order to implement energy efficiency and reduction of carbon emission,many Chinese cities have proposed to target eco-city as their development strategy.Ecocity has be come a mainurban development and planning theme in China.However,some problems exist in the process of eco-city development.According to the investigation of general eco-city initiatives in China and critically analysis of some cases,the author presents the eco-city initiatives in China and identifies seven common problems in the process.It is the arguments of author that it is unavoidable to have difficulties and problems in ecocity initiative as an innovative urban development approach,although there are some puzzles in the process,Chinese eco-cities are growing up.
