| 摘 要： | 从当前农村深层次的矛盾和问题入手，分析两种制度创新和变迁的原因：进而从诱致性制度创新的动力、阻力、制度变迁方式、地域结构变化、发展状况以及与强制性制度变迁的关系六方面分析农村城镇化和农业产业化相似的和相关的特点；最后通过两者互利效应的分析，导出农村现代化的整体发展思路：农村城镇化与农业产业化同步推进、协调发展，最终实现城乡一体化。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the reasons for innovation and changes of two systems from inner conflicats and problems in the rural area,to study the rural urbanization and similar characters to agricultural industrialization from six elements i e ,motive force,resistance,changes of system,changer of geo structure,development stage,and changes of enforcement system.Finally,the paper analyzes the interactive effects to introduce the integrated development idea,promotion of rural urbanization and agricultural industrialization,and coordinating development to reach the integration of city and countryside. |
