摘    要:采煤机滑靴是在重载下沿不平整表面的滑动,其磨损难以避免。滑靴运行过程的变速特性使其易于产生黏滑运动以及摩擦表面的温升加剧了摩擦表面的磨损。分析可知,采煤机重量在大于滚筒力垂直分力的情况下,应减小重量以降低磨损。避免采煤机空运行与降低摩擦表面的温度都有利于减缓滑靴的磨损。

Abstract:The wear of shearer’s sliding shoes is inevitable for whose motion is sliding with heavy load.The variable speed leads the friction surfaces easily meet to stick-slip and the increased temperature on friction surface lead the friction surface more serious wear.The analysis shows that lightening shearer’s weight is necessary for reducing sliding feet wear by the premise of shear weight higher than the vertical force of the roller’s cutting force.Avoiding the shear’s motion without cutting and reducing the temperature on friction surface are the ways to decrease the wear of sliding shoes.
