论铸件尺寸设计原则

提出了铸件尺寸的制订不应以零件图为基础，而应以工序图为基础。尤其是要考虑到粗基准的原则。这样即可保证铸件各面有均匀合理的粗加工余量，又可保证非加工面与加工面之间的位置尺寸。

On the Principle of Marking Castings' Dimensions

In this paper a new viewpoint is explained in theory, which mapping out the casting dimensions should not be based on detail drawings but on process picture sheets. Especially when marking them, rough machined base face should be taken into consideration, because in this way it can assure uniform and reasonable rough machining allowance in every sides of the casting as well the positional sizes between processing and non processing sides of the casting.
