摘    要:采用大孔树脂对山茱萸黄酮进行分离纯化,确定其分离纯化条件,树脂的筛选实验结果和静态吸附动态学研究表明,所选的4种大孔树脂,AB-8树脂属于快速吸附树脂,吸附率和解吸率都很高,是理想用于山茱萸黄酮分离纯化的树脂,AB-8树脂动态吸附、解吸实验表明,当上样流速2.0mL/min,上样浓度为1.0mg/mL,上样量70mL,用1.5 mL/min的60%的乙醇做解吸剂进行解吸时,山茱萸黄酮纯度可达到67.38%,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:Using macroporous resin dogwood flavonoids were isolated and purified to determine their separation and purification conditions.Experimental results and the selection of resin adsorption dynamics studies showed that in the selected 4 macroporous resin,AB-8 resin were rapidly adsorbed resin.The adsorption rate and desorption rate were high.They were ideal for the separation and purification of the resin dogwood flavonoids.AB-8 resin dynamic adsorption,desorption experiments showed that when the sample flow rate 2.0 mL/min,the sample concentration was 1.0 mg/mL,the sample volume 70 mL,with 60 % ethanol 1.5 mL/min do desorption agents,the dogwood flavonoids up to 67.38 percent purity,had a certain value.
