草本龙芽中黄酮的分离及其结构鉴定

摘    要:从草本龙芽中提取、分离黄酮类化合物。利用乙醇萃取、大孔树脂精制、聚酰胺柱层析分离纯化得到一种黄酮类化合物,结合颜色反应、紫外吸收光谱(UV)、红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C-NMR)鉴定其结构。从草本龙芽中提取得到这种黄酮类化合物鉴定为3,5,7,3’,4’-五羟基黄酮醇,即槲皮素。

Abstract:The flavonoids from Aralia continentalis.Kitagawa was isolated and identified.Various techniques such as solvent extraction,macroporous resin and polyamide column chromatography were used to isolate and purify the flavonoids.The structure of the flavonoids purified had been identified by characteristic qualitative reactions and spectrographic data from ultraviolet spectrum(UV),infrared spectrum(IR),nuclear magnetic resonance(1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR).The flavonoid exacted from Aralia continentalis.Kitagawa was identified as quercetin 3,5,7,3’,4’-pentahydroxyflavone.
