摘    要:目的:探讨茶多酚对大强度耐力运动小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:建立大强度耐力训练动物模型,测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞增殖能力、脾T淋巴细胞的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞比率和血清SIgA、IgM和IgG。结果:茶多酚组与运动组比较,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞增殖能力显著增强,脾T淋巴细胞的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞比率显著增加,血清SIgA、IgM和IgG含量显著增加。结论:茶多酚具有提高力竭小鼠免疫力的作用。

Abstract:Objective:The effects of tea polyphenol on immune functions of great intensity endurance training mice were observed.Methods:The model of maximal training for animal was set up.Measure physical performance,the ability of macrophages and spleen lymphocytes,the CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ ratio of spleen lymphocytes,the concentration of SIgA,IgM and IgG were measured.Results:The group of exercise + tea polyphenol obviously enhanced the proliferation capacity of macrophages and spleen lymphocytes,the ratio of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ were improved,the concentration of SIgA,IgM and IgG were increased.Conclusion:In this test condition,tea polyphenol could improve the immune function of great intensity endurance training mice.
