摘    要:在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面分析法对柿叶单宁超高压提取工艺进行优化。以总单宁得率为指标,考察固液比、提取溶剂浓度、压力值、保压时间对得率的影响。获得最佳提取理论条件为:固液比为1:25(g:mL),溶液浓度为56.31%,压力值为222.33MPa,保压时间为3min,总单宁得率为96.19%。与溶剂提取法相比,本方法耗时短,效率高。

Abstract:Based on single factor experiment,the optimal extraction conditions by ultra high pressure extraction process of persimmon tannin were described by response surface method,while the yield of tannins were adopted as indexes.Factors of solid-to-solution ratio,solution concentration,pressure value,and holding pressure time were evaluated for their effects on extraction process.The optimum conditions were as follows:solid-to-solution ratio of 1:25,solution concentration of 56.31%,pressure value of 222.33MPa,holding pressure time of 3min.The proportion of total persimmon tannin was 96.19% under this conditions.It had time saving and high advantage compared with solvent extraction.
