| 摘 要： | 建立了超声提取后利用气相色谱-质谱法测定PVC膜中35种增塑剂的检测方法。保鲜膜中苯二甲酸酯类、己二酸酯类、柠檬酸酯类增塑剂经正己烷超声萃取后经毛细管柱分离、质谱定性,采用选择离子监测模式进行定量。该方法在0.05～50mg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.99;平均回收率为79.6%～109.4%,RSD为0.9%～4.2%。该方法操作简便、定量准确、灵敏度高、稳定性好,适用于PVC包装材料中35种增塑剂的同时测定,可为我国建立食品包装中相应检测方法提供参考。

| Abstract: | A method was established to simultaneously determine 35 kinds of plasticizers in PVC film.This method included simple extraction of sample with hexane by ultrasonic and detection by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The method had a good relationship at the range of 0.05～50 mg/L,with all correlation coefficients better than 0.99;average recovery was 79.6%～109.4%;relative standard deviation(RSD) was at range of 0.9%～4.2%.The method was rapid,sensitive,high precision and good reproducibility,and was suitable for monitoring 35 kinds of plasticizers in PVC film. |
