食品级微生物降解双酚A的研究

摘    要:以食品级微生物为目标,筛选得到6株对双酚A有降解效果的菌种。针对其中的罗伊式乳杆菌,详细研究了培养条件对双酚A降解效果的影响,发现当培养基中双酚A浓度1000μg/kg、初始pH6.5、接种量0.1%,37℃下培养32h后的降解率可达69.90%。说明该菌具有较好的双酚A降解特性。

Abstract:Six strained were screened which could degrade bisphenol A based on food-degrade strains.One of them,Lactobacillus reuteri was selected for further study,and the effect of the culture conditions on the BPA degradation were studied.It showed that when the concentration of bisphenol A was 1000μg/kg,pH was 6.5,temperature was 37℃,inoculation rate was 0.1%,the ratio of BPA degradation could reached 69.60% after 32h of culture.
