超声波法提取狗枣猕猴桃叶黄酮的工艺

摘    要:以乙醇作为提取剂,采用超声波辅助法研究狗枣猕猴桃叶黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明,影响狗枣猕猴桃叶黄酮提取效果的主要因素是料液比,其次是颗粒粒度和超声温度,而乙醇浓度和超声时间的影响较小,最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度45%,粒度100目,料液比1∶40(g/mL),采取室温下浸泡1 h后,50℃超声处理25 min,再于室温下浸泡1 h后,最后超声处理25 min,连续提取2次,黄酮得率为9.996%。

Abstract:The experiment studied extraction of flavonoids of actinidia kolomikta leaves,which use ethanol as extracting solvent and employ ultrasonic-assisted extraction.The results showed that ratio of material to liquid was the main influencing factor,next was particle size and ultrasonic temperature,ethanol concentration and ultrasonic time were less effected.The optimum extracting conditions were ethanol concentration 45 %,particle size 100 mesh,ratio of material to liquid 1∶40(g/mL),soaked for 1 h at room temperature,ultrasonic extraction at 50 ℃ for 25 min,and then soaked for 1 h at room temperature,and then ultrasonic extraction 25 min,extraction time 2,the extraction yield of flavonoids was 9.996 %.
