| 摘 要： | 以箱储和传统柜储的烟叶为材料,采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取其中的致香成分,并用气相色谱/质谱法(GC/MS)对其进行分析,共得到76种致香成分,结果表明:箱储样品中有67种的含量高于柜储样品,其中,酯类物质的含量高10.1%,酸类物质的含量高28.4%,酮类物质的含量高9.1%,醛类物质的含量高12.5%,因此,箱储更有利于烟叶中重要致香成分的保留。同时对箱储时间进行了优化,确定4h为最优箱储时间。

| Abstract: | Tobacco,stored in box and conventional cabinet,was chosen as the experimental materials.Extraction of aroma components was accomplished using simultaneous distillation and extraction(SDE),and GC-MS was chosen for further analysis.A total of 76 aroma components were identified.The results indicated that box storage sample with higher content of 67 aroma components,such as the content of esters was 10.1% higher,the content of acids was 28.4% higher,the content of ketones was 9.1% higher and the content of aldehydes was 12.5% higher.Therefore,box storage favored the reservation of important aroma components from tobacco,and it seemed that when the storage time was 4 hours,the reservation of important aroma components was the best. |
