摘    要:以壳聚糖为成膜基质,甘油为增塑剂,添加适量的柠檬酸、CaCl2和中草药黄连,制备可食性复合膜。结果表明,中草药黄连成分的添加,可使壳聚糖可食性膜的机械性能增加显著,使复合膜的抗拉强度升高,断裂伸长率下降,透湿性、膜的明度值逐渐下降。

Abstract:Edible composite films were prepared with Chitosan,and added to some citric acid,CaCl2 and plasticizer glycerine and Chinese herbal medicine Coptis chinensis Franch.The result indicated that the tensile strength(TS) of films increased with Chinese herbal medicine Coptis chinensis Franch.component,while the elongation at break(E),the water vapor permeability,the lightness ralue decreased.The film became darker and little green color as evidenced by the luminosity decrease with added to Chinese herbal medicine Coptis chinensis Franch.component.
