稀土La对5CrMnMo热作模具钢组织和性能的影响

摘    要:在5CrMnMo热作模具钢中分别加入3种不同含量稀土La,研究La对组织及力学性能的影响,并在相同的热处理工艺条件下,与不添加稀土La的3Cr2W8V钢进行对比。结果表明:稀土La加入量在适当的范围内可使组织得到明显细化,强度、硬度、塑性和冲击韧性有显著提高。当稀土La加入量为0.25%时,5CrMnMo钢可获得最好的综合力学性能。

Abstract:The structure, strength, hardness, plasticity and impact ductility of 5CrMnMo hot work die steel with addition of three different contents of Lanthanum are studied. The mechanical property of 5CrMnMo steel with La addition is compared with that of the 5CrMnMo steel without La addition under the same heat treatment process. The results show that the structure is clearly refined and the structure, strength, hardness, plasticity and impact ductility of 5CrMnMo steel are improved greatly if the La content in the steel is proper. When the La content is 0.25%, the 5CrMnMo steel has the best mechanical property.
