摘    要:基于CAN总线的某型火炮训练模拟器,由仿真训练操纵舱、主控计算机、CAN总线、模拟操作及显示设备、方位和高低控制单元等部分组成.其硬件实现设备及操作的仿真,软件实现功能的仿真.设计时主要考虑技术可靠性、实用性、开发速度、可扩展性及性价比等因素.模拟器各部分的信息传递,利用CAN总线技术以完成.基于CAN总线的火炮训练模拟器,能方便地实现自动操瞄模拟,为现场总线在工业控制领域之外的应用作了有益的尝试.

Abstract:Based on CAN bus, a kind of training simulator of artillery was designed and produced. It is composed of operating cabin, master computer, CAN bus, simulating operation and display device and a module to control the azimuth and the height. The simulating of device and operating was realized with its hardware, the simulating of function was realized with the software. When designed the system, the many elements, including its reliability, practicability, expansibility, developing period and the ratio of capability and cost were mainly considered. The information for the parts of the simulator is transferred by CAN bus. The simulation of the automatic operation and gunsight can be realized easily with the training simulator of artillery based on CAN bus. It is also an instructive application of CAN bus out of the control field in industry.
