Abstract:This paper reviews the preparation, characterization, working principle and applications of nano-WO3 film. Preparation techniques include chemical vapor deposition, sol-gel, sputtering, anodic oxidation of tungsten and the electrodeposition method,etc. This film has wide potential applications in electrochcomics, electrocatalysis and gas sensing materials. At last, we also introduce the working theory of this film.
