基于涡流管制热原理的汽车清洗方法

摘    要:根据小汽车清洗传统方法存在的问题,提出了一种基于涡流管制热原理的小汽车清洗方法,推导了小汽车清洗参数基本设计公式,用数值算例验算了所述理论的实用性和方便性。设计了一种涡流热喷清洗机,试验数据表明基于涡流管制热原理的小汽车清洗方法技术上是可行的,具有一定的液流、蒸汽、高温高压热水冲洗综合效应。用水量少于高压冷水枪洗车方式,洗车效率高于手工洗车方式。

Abstract:According to the questions in traditional method of automobile rinsing, based on making heat principle of vortex tube, one kind of automobile rinsing method is put forward, and the basic design formula with automobile rinsing parameter is derivable. It is checked by example of numerical computation for the practical nature and convenience of the theory stated. One kind of rinsing device which can spray hot steam with vortex tube is designed, and the feasibility in the technology is verified with experimental data, with the combined effect of flow, steam and high-handed hot water. Water capacity that consumes is lesser than the high-handed cold water rifle, the efficiency is more than handwork.
