螺杆泵排水采气工艺技术探索

摘    要:介绍了机械式排水采气工艺的由来和开展螺杆泵排水采气研究的必要性。在分析螺杆泵工艺原理的基础上,为了使螺杆泵适应于有水气井,对螺杆泵系统进行了必要的的改进,并对严重影响螺杆泵系统杆柱强度的杆管摩擦力矩进行了重新推导,修正了杆柱强度校核方法。通过分析W7、T25井的先导性试验,对螺杆泵在有水气井的适应性进行了探索。

Abstract:The paper introduces source of present mechanical dewatering gas production technology and necessity of researching on dewatering gas production by screw pump. Based on analyzing technology principle of screw pump, screw pump system have been improved in order to adapt water-bearing gas well, and friction torque formula of sucker rod-tubing had been deduced over again, so rod-tubing strength check method have been modified. By analysis of the pilot testing in well Wang 7 and Tai 25,the adaptability of screw pump in water-bearing gas well has been explored.
