陕西某黏土型钒矿石工艺矿物学研究

采用化学分析、显微镜分析和MLA矿物自动检测技术等手段对陕西某黏土型钒矿石进行工艺矿物学研究，重点查明该矿石的物质组成、钒的赋存形式、主要含钒矿物的嵌布状态和粒度特性，目的是为该矿石中钒的选矿预富集提供基础资料。研究结果表明：矿石中V₂O₅含量较低，为0.85%，并主要以类质同像形式分布在云母类矿物（绢云母、黑云母、绿泥石）和少量褐铁矿中；通过分选云母类矿物和褐铁矿回收钒时，理论回收率为88.25%，但云母类矿物片理间夹杂微细石英，较难充分单体解离。

Study on Process Mineralogy of A Clay-vanadium Ore in Shanxi

Process mineralogy of a clay-vanadium ore in Shanxi was investigated by research methods of chemical analysis, microscope, automatic quantitative mineral technology（MLA）to focus on identifying the mineral composition and content, the occurrence of vanadium, and the disseminated state and particle characteristics of main minerals containing vanadium in the ore. These results provide the detailed information and theoretical basis for pre-concentration of the vanadium ore. The results indicate that the content of V₂O₅ is 0.85%, which is relatively low. Vanadium exist as isomorphism mainly in mica type minerals（sericite, biotite and chlorite）, and a small amount of limonite. The expecting recovery of vanadium by separation of mica and limonite is 88.25%. But the grinding dissociation of these minerals is difficult because these are quartz inclusions in their schistosity.
