高面板坝趾板抗裂混凝土研究

摘    要:补偿收缩混凝土(UEA混凝土)具有良好的抗裂性、抗渗性以及胀缩可逆性,且其和易性、渗水率、干缩率等物理性能较普通混凝土好。该项技术已应用于万安溪和芹山两座面板坝趾板工程,并取得了初步成功。理论研究和实践结果表明,UEA混凝土适用于面板坝的趾板部位,可减少伸缩缝,提高混凝土的抗裂防渗性能,可在我国同类工程中推广应用。

Abstract:UEA concrete has good crack resistance, impermeability and swell shrink reversibility. Other physical properties of UEA concrete such as workability, infiltration rate, dry shrinkage rate, etc. are better than that of common concrete. Such concrete has been applied in the plinth works of Wan'anxi and Qinshan concrete facing rockfill dams and has gained the preliminary success. The theory study and practice results all have showed that UEA concrete is suitable to the plinth part of concrete facing dam and it can reduce the expansion joints and enhance the performances of anti crack and seepage control so that it can be used and popularized in the similar projects in our country.
