摘    要:本文针对以硅质、粘土岩型为主的钒矿石,根据其独特的构造特征,在提钒磨矿分级时首先将大量的石英粗渣抛去(即抛尾),抛尾剩余的细粉添加无污染1#添加剂经焙烧-浸出等工序,最终制取V2O5产品。通过抛尾不仅钒品位得到了提高,并且磨矿以后的提钒作业中,减少了处理量进而降低生产成本,与常规原矿直接提钒工艺相比该工艺更显优势。

Abstract:In this research,we use a Vanadium ore which is mainly make up of silica and claystone product V2O5.According the unique structure of the Vanadium ore,the process include throwing a lot of crude quartz residue in the grind grading,and then roasting-leach the remaining fines which is added pollution-free 1# addition.In this way,not only improve the grade of Vanadium,but also reduce handling capacity and produnction costs of the extract Vanadium process.Compared with the extract Vanadium from raw ore,this pro...
