| 摘 要： | 杭钢3#烧结机由于主抽风机系统先天不足,生产负压偏低,影响生产能力的发挥。该厂利用烧结脱硫系统投运的契机,通过制订合理的操作制度,加强生产操作管理,较好地协调两个系统的操作和风流控制,充分利用脱硫系统增压风机的"助力"作用,提高了烧结矿产质量。

| Abstract: | Due to the inherent defects of the main exhaust fan for the Hangsteel 3^# sinter machine, the suction pressure of the production is relatively low, and this influences the exertion of the production capacity. By making use of the chance of application of sintering desulphurization system, establishing reasonable operation system and strengthening the production operation management, by coordinating the operation and air flow control of the two systems better and making full use of ＂assistance＂ function of booster fan for the desulphurization system, the sinter output and quality are improved. |
