| 摘 要： | 针对对数字电路板快速检测的需求,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的通用数字电路板测试系统设计方案,以满足对数字电路板进行快速功能验证的需要;整个系统包括硬件总体结构模块和数字电路测试软件模块,系统通过硬件平台产生测试激励,然后利用LabVIEW软件开发的通用型数字电路板测试软件进行数字电路板功能验证测试,实现了对数字电路板快速功能验证测试;实际应用表明,该系统具有测试准确、运行稳定可靠、操作方便、维护简单的特点,为数字电路板的故障排除提供了依据。
