光纤气体传感检测系统在油气储运中的应用研究

摘    要:介绍了油气产品加工、输送及存储各环节中进行可燃气体检测的重要意义,比较了几种可燃气体传感器的优缺点;根据气体对近红波段光谱的吸收特性,设计了基于光谱吸收原理的光纤气体传感器及其检测系统,利用谐波检测原理进行信号分析,有效避免了由于光源能量波动、线路损耗、端面污损等原因引起的光强波动对检测结果的干扰;系统检测精度高、反应灵敏,系统使用过程中无需二次校准,维护简单,通过标准通信光缆进行传感器连接,可构建以检测仪器为中心,覆盖半径20公里的准分布式检测网络。

Abstract:Introduced the significance of leakage gas detecting during the gas&oil products transport and storage,some gas leakage detecting methods are compared.A fiber gas leakage detecting system based on infrared absorption principle are designed,through the harmonic analysis method the system avoid the power fluctuations due to some reasons.The fiber gas leakage detecting system have some advantages compared with conventional methods,such as have a high detecting precision,have a quick reaction,no need of recalib...
