| 摘 要： | 从工艺和设备两方面介绍了瑞通公司10m2竖炉自投产以来所进行的一系列改造,包括:改进导风墙,扩大焙烧面积;风流系统改造;小水梁改造;以及链板机、卸料齿辊和冷却水塔的改造等。目前,该竖炉已达到年产70万t球团矿的生产能力,其生产技术指标达到了国内先进水平,取得了较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | A series of reconstructions after the commissioning of 10m^2 shaft furnace are introduced in terms of process and equipment, they include the follows： improving the air-guiding wall, expanding firing area, reconstruction of air flow system, reconstruction of small water- cooled beam and reconstruction of scraper conveyor, toothed roll for tripper and cooling tower etc. Up to the present, the shaft furnace has reached an annual production capacity of 700, 000 t pellets, the technical index of the pellet production has reached the advanced level domestically, and good economic benefits have been obtained. |
