CNG储气井检测中的水位自适应控制系统

摘    要:根据CNG储气井超声波检测的需要,设计了基于水位检测的传感器自适应控制系统;系统主要由计算机、PLC、步进电机和超声波水位检测探头构成;通过井口加水的方式使井内水位逐渐上升,采用数字PID作为控制算法,超声波检测信号反馈的水位为输入变量,通过计算机和PLC调节步进电机转速来控制装置的上升速度,使传感器相对于水面的位置恒定,从而保证了检测有效安全的进行;数字PID算法采用C++语言编程,MATLAB仿真实验证明采用该算法进行控制是正确有效的。

Abstract:According to the needs of ultrasonic inspection of CNG storage wells,a self-adaptive control system based on water level monitor was designed.The system consists of a probe for monitor of ultrasonic water level,a computer,PLC and a stepper motor.The system used a digital PID as the controller and the water level as the system's input.With the water level changed,the computer and PLC controled the speed of the stepper motor so that the sensors' location relative to the water surface keeped at a certain value...
