双粗糙平面夹持和锚固碳纤维板的试验研究

摘    要:设计了双粗糙平面夹具锚,并在平板锚内黏贴不同长度的碳纤维板,进行静力拉伸试验,得到了黏结长度与峰值拉力关系曲线.结合单面黏结的黏结剪力-界面滑移本构关系的研究成果,对双面黏结的试验现象和数据进行了分析.结果表明:双面黏结同单面黏结类似,同样存在一个有效黏结长度(约150~200 mm),超过这个长度,锚固力基本不再增加.试验成果在一定程度上表明平板夹具锚的锚固能力较有限.

Abstract:A dual rough flat clamp anchor was designed,and the carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) plate with different length was pasted in the plate anchor.The static tensile test was conducted to obtain the relation curve of bond length and peak tension.Combined with the researches of the constitutive relation between bond shear force and interfacial slip under the condition of single-sided bonding,the phenomena and data of the double-sided bonding test were analyzed.The results showed that the single-sided bonding was similar to the double one,in which there was an effective bond length(about 150~200 mm),and the anchoring force increased no longer when the effective bond length was exceeded.The test results partly indicated that the anchoring performance of the flat clamp anchor was limited.
