SVG技术在配电网中的应用

摘    要:随着电力系统的不断发展,配电网中的无功补偿显得越来越重要,但是目前配电网中的无功补偿方式造成了配电系统的大量无功传输,提高了网损率并降低了供电质量.静止无功发生器(SVG)作为改善供电质量的一种重要手段,可以很好地补偿配电网中的无功,同时还可以滤除谐波,特别适合应用于配电网中.为此,论述了SVG的工作原理及直接电流控制的策略和SVG在配电网中应用的优势.在直接电流控制的策略中针对常规PI控制器的缺点,提出了运用能量PI控制器进行供电质量控制的方法.通过MATLAB进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,采用能量PI控制比常规PI控制优越性明显,同时在配电网中应用SVG可以提高其功率因数,达到降低网损率、提高供电质量的目的.

Abstract:With the development of power system,the reactive power compensation is becoming more and more important in the distribution network,but now the mode of reactive power compensation in the distribution network has caused a large number of reactive power transmission and then improved the network loss rate and reduced the quality of power.Static Var Generator(SVG) as an important means improving the quality of power supply can compensate the reactive power in the distribution network and also filter harmonic waves,which is suitable for the distribution network especially.Therefore,the working principle of SVG,direct current control strategy and advantages of SVG applied in the distribution network are discussed in the paper.In the direct current control strategy,the method of energy PI controller is proposed in view of shortcomings of the conventional PI controller.The MATLAB simulation result shows that the energy PI control has more advantages than conventional PI control,and applying SVG in the distribution network can improve the power factor,which the purposes of improving the quality of power supply and reducing the net loss rate have been achieved.
