对叔丁基苯酚的杂多酸催化合成

摘    要:采用高选择性的杂多酸H_4GeW_(12)O_(40)·xH_2O作催化剂,苯酚与异丁烯烷基化合成了对叔丁基苯酚。通过正交试验和条件试验,考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等因素对对叔丁基苯酚收率的影响,确定的最佳工艺条件是:反应温度110℃,反应时间4.5 h,苯酚与异丁烯的摩尔比1:2,催化剂用量为苯酚质量的3%。在此条件下,产品的收率达85%,与硫酸催化剂相比,提高收率20%以上。

Abstract:p -Tert-butylphenol was synthesized by alkylation of phenol with isobutene using high se-lective heteropoly acid H4GeW12O4o ?xH2O as catalyst. The effects of factors such as reaction temper-ature, reaction time, feed ratio, and amount of catalyst on the yield of p -tert-butylphenol were inves-tigated by methods of orthogonal and conditional experiment. The optimum reaction condition was: reaction temperature 110 C, reaction time 4. 5 h, molar ratio of phenol to isobutene 1 : 2, and amount of catalyst 3% (based on the mass of phenol). The yield of p -tert-butylphenol was up to 85% under the above condition and increased by 20% compared with that one using sulfuric acid as cata-1yst.
