摘    要:通过对宝山钢铁股份有限公司全浮动芯棒连轧管机组轧制力的测试,了解了机组的工作状况,并分析了轧制过程中力的变化趋势;采用合适的理论计算公式对各机架的理论轧制力进行了计算,并与实测值进行了对比,尝试建立连轧管过程轧制力预报模型。

Abstract:The operation status of the full-floating mandrel pipe mill of Baoshan I & S Co.,Ltd.is investigat-ed by means of measuring the mill's rolling forces.The rolling force variation of the mill during the rolling pro-cess is analyzed.The theoretic rolling force of each individual roll stand of the mill is calculated with proper for-mula for theoretic calculation,and the calculated values are compared with relevant actual measured values in a bid to build up a model to forecast the rolling force of the mandrel mill process.
