| 摘 要： | 信号源类仪器自动检定／校准测试平台是一套与标准测量仪器及被检定／校准设备无关的对信号源类仪器进行自动检定／校准的测试软件平台。该文就该测试平台中的一个关键技术一一检定流程的设计及实现方法进行了详细论述。
