穿越河流输油管道风险评价标准

摘    要:为了对穿越河流输油管道进行风险评价,以某穿越管道为例,建立故障树模型并进行定性分析和定量计算,利用DNV RP-G101推荐的评定方法、ALARP原则和类别区划分法确定管道的风险评价标准,并对其结果进行比较。结果表明,ALARP原则既考虑了管道企业风险,又考虑了社会风险,可为确定穿越管道的风险评价标准提供技术指导。

Abstract:In order for oil pipeline across the river to carry out risk assessment,as an example of a pipeline through the establishment of fault-tree model and the qualitative and quantitative terms,the article used DNV RP-G101 recommended by the evaluation method,ALARP principles and types of zoning to determine pipe risk assessment standards,and their results were compared.The results showed that:ALARP principle considered risk of pipeline enterprise and society,and it could provide guidance to the risk assessment.
