舰船指控设备机械结构设计的几个问题

摘    要:针对舰船电子设备结构设计中隔振减振、散热以及电磁兼容几个关键技术问题,探讨它们的现状和发展趋势。基于舰船电子设备对机械结构设计的基本要求,回顾了不同历史时期指控设备结构型式的演变,从中看出当今舰船指控设备结构设计中要求与现实之间的差距,并探讨了它们的发展趋势——三维设计技术的运用和基于仿真的隔振减振、散热和电磁兼容结构设计。该研究结果可为提高我国舰船指控设备的结构设计水平提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at several key technical issues, including vibration isolation design, thermal design andelectromagnetic compatibility design for the mechanical design of shipboard electronic equipment, their status and trendsare explored. Starting with the basic requirements for the mechanical design of shipboard electronic equipment, this paperreviews the evolution of command and control equipment in the past decades, the gap between requirements and reality forthe mechanical design is seen. Then it focuses on the trends of several key technical issues-3D design technology andvibration isolation design, thermal design and electromagnetic compatibility design based on simulation. It is reference toimprove the mechanical design level of China's shipboard command and control equipment.
